Overview

We are one of Kenya’s go-to employment firms because of our team’s track record in this area as well as our strategic and collaborative approach.

We assist clients when they need advice and even where they need representation in an employment or labour dispute. We work with corporates, executive-level staff and non-governmental organisations. We regularly represent clients with sensitive legal issues arising from disciplinary action, collective bargaining agreements and trade union disputes before Kenya’s Employment and Labour Relations Court.

Whether you simply need a review of your HR manuals and policies, employment contracts, performance management, termination and dismissal, redundancy or extra help navigating much bigger employment issues, we can help you.
